TEDA - DISPENSERS/ASPIRATORS

High-precision, non-contact, line of micro-volume dispenser/aspirators and valves, capable of dispensing down to 20 nl with <5% CVs and optional dispensation feedback control.

Micro-volume dispensers are available in different configurations from hand-held stand-alone units to multi-position dispensing manifolds

 

SMLD - MICRO DISPENSING VALVES

Miniature  high precision, high speed sub-micro liter dispensing valves ensure the most reliable  micro dispensation down to 20 nL, and are usually employed in TEDA-100 and TEDA-200 series dispensers.

SMLD type valves are compatible with the most chemically aggressive liquids of various viscosities.

Multiple attachments for valve mounting and fluidic interconnections are available to simplify the development of custom applications.

TEPS PARTICLE SORTERS

 

For:

Particles, Cells, Beads, Nematodes, Zebra fish embryos, etc.

High-throughput, Multiple (repeatable) pass  sorting/dispensing system enables selective dispensation of small objects based on various selectable parameters (e.g. size, fluorescence, shape, etc.).Shown on the right are both an "Open system" and a fully enclosed "dark chamber" sorter for th fluorescence analysis. TEPS sorters employ a novel "Venturi Cross" flow/particle deflection principle, which always keeps objects in liquid and allows multiple passes of suspension to collect desired particles. Potential applications include Cell Clusters.

 

TEOS - ORBITAL SHAKERS

The industry's first air actuated variable amplitude and variable ultra high speed line of orbital shakers/mixers, capable of creating controllable vortex mixing in most micro-titer plates, reservoirs, vials and other high and low density formats

Infrared Screening Thermography

A high sensitivity patented IR (infrared) imaging platform for label-free screening assays, monitoring and analyzing  binding activities (e.g. in protein function and structure decoding). The system employs special gold plated parabolic wells for optimal IR reflection and concentration and a highly sensitive IR camera, which dynamically monitors exothermic and endothermic processes.

Tissue Permeability and Absorption

 Semi-automated ADME Platform

An automated platform, which accommodates live tissue (e.g. intestinal, buccal) patches and provides fluidic support for screening permeability and absorption as a part of  a broader ADMEt related testing for the pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic and personal products industries.

Cartridges on the right are for  investigating permeability through either flat or tubular (intestinal) tissues.

Automated "MIX and SPLIT" Systems.

Combinatorial Chemistry Support

A fully automated systems for Combinatorial Chemistry Mix and Split approach.

This Device is optimized for the on-bead chemistry. The internal computer with full RS232 interface controls the entire mix and split process. It enables a precise dispensation into any number of small vessels (vials), aspiration from these vials, washing, mixing, measuring of liquid and all related functions. It is equipped with fully automated Z-Axis control of the Aspirating/Dispensing needle. The device is easily reprogrammable for any volume and number of split and mix steps.

Automated cell culture plate shakers.

Developed fro automatic handling of Corning RoboflaskTM plates this equipment performs an unattended filling, incubating of cell culture plates with built in agitation (wave shaking) and cell "knocking" to replicate  manual process.
