TEDA-100 - Automated Dispenser/Aspirator

 TEDA-100 line of Dispensers and/or Aspirator/Dispensers offers a modular assembly with large number of selectable features and parameters (See table below). Such modularity enables interfacing with various existing automated and manual platforms. A proprietary micro vessel technology (patent pending) supports efficient aspiration and dispensation of small volumes for various reformatting and transfer protocols with negligible loss of reagents.  Retractable aspiration needles enable precision aspiration and dispensation of small volumes.

TEDA-100 is equipped with unique angular dispensation (US Patent 6,786,253) adjustment (rotation of the dispensing valve). This technique reduces potential splashing, enables simultaneous dispensation of two different reagents into the same well, e.g. for active mixing of reagents and effective re-suspension (re-dissolution).

TEDA-100 Aspirator/Dispenser units can be assembled using different modular enclosures in addition to selectable internal components and functions. External, free standing or attachable reservoirs enable continuous large volume dispensation and reagent replacement. External reservoirs can be either replaced or refilled. Refilling can be accomplished by adding liquid to the Vessel or by using the internal vacuum induced aspiration function. This type of aspiration can be enhanced with a special overfill protection (patent pending).

A maintenance friendly design also enables an easy replacement of vessels and components (dispensing valves, aspirating needles, filters, etc.).

Special direct and reverse purging protocols allow to wash all aspiration and dispensation channels, including micro volume dispensing valves.
